Shipping and Delivery

NOTE: We have noticed some orders have shipping that has calculated too high. We are currently attempting to fix this. For orders placed with high shipping rates, we refund the difference via Paypal once the order is processed. Some refunds are processed slower when shipping from other warehouses. We apologize for this problem and we hope to resolve it soon.

We ship year-round with several options:

HOT WEATHER ALERT!

We recommend shipping Next Day Air if temperatures are above 75 degrees. Some orders cannot be completed in time to ship for Friday delivery, so we will ship the following week to avoid the product sitting on a hot truck over the weekend.

SHIPPING METHOD IS YOUR CHOICE - BUT, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MELTED PRODUCTS.

* With standard delivery service, orders are usually processed within 2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders usually arrive within 4-5 business days to most locations (see below for rules and exceptions).

* For immediate needs, please select a faster method of shipping or contact us for postal rates and we'll take your order via email or phone and send an updated invoice directly to you for payment. The postal system delivers on Saturdays and may be an acceptable alternative shipping method.

Out Of Stock Items:

Any item out of stock that will not become available soon will not ship. If the item is due to arrive in our warehouse, we will contact you to find out if a slight delay will be acceptable.

Free local delivery!

Free delivery any place located within Woodbury if the products are items we make or stock at our Woodbury warehouse. Delivery to Cottage Grove, Oakdale and Lake Elmo incur a $2.50 delivery fee.

International shipping:

Only shipping via UPS, FedEx or DHL. Shipping calculator may calculate USPS, but rates don't apply.
